Teezo Touchdown – How Do You Sleep At Night? With You Review
By Avery “AG” Grant
I ain't gon’ lie—I been side-eyein’ Teezo since he popped up with the nails in his hair and them wild outfits. Ain’t know if he was serious or just playin’ industry dress-up. But I give credit where it’s due, and this project? It got me rethinking some things.
How Do You Sleep At Night? With You is an expansion of his last project, but Teezo ain't just re-releasing songs to run up streams—he adding layers, tweaking the vibe, and giving folks another chance to catch up if they ain't get it the first time. And honestly? It’s workin’.
The Sound – A Beautiful Mess
Bruh, this ain't no regular R&B album, and it damn sure ain't no regular rap album. Teezo somewhere between rock, funk, gospel, and whatever’s playing in the mind of a kid who grew up on MTV and church revivals. The guitars slap, the drums hit, and every track feel like it got a different attitude.
It’s polished but not too clean. Chaotic but intentional. Like he really sat in the studio and said, "How weird can I get while still making this a banger?"
Lyrics – Offbeat but Honest
Teezo not tryna be nobody’s lyrical miracle, but he mean what he say. And sometimes, that’s all that matter. His songwriting is personal—hella introspective—but wrapped up in catchy hooks and melodies that keep it from feeling too heavy.
One of the hardest lines?
"What good is the dream if you ain't got a place to sleep?"
Simple, but it sit with you. The boy got a way of saying deep things in a way that still make you wanna bounce to it.
Standout Tracks
🔥 "Too Easy" – The energy on this one? Crazy. Got that I’m-up-next-and-I-know-it type confidence.
🔥 "You Thought" – Man, this one got some sting to it. Teezo in his feelings but he ain’t sugarcoatin’ nothin’.
🔥 "Impossible" – Bruh, the guitar work on this? This one of them songs that feel like a movie soundtrack moment.
🔥 "Familiarity" – Smooth, soulful, and straight-up grown. You can hear the maturity in this one.

Final Thoughts
Teezo might not be for everybody, but if you open your ears and let go of expectations, you might catch yourself feelin’ this one. It ain't perfect, but it ain't supposed to be. It's human. It’s messy. It’s art. And that? That’s somethin’ worth payin’ attention to.
